PHONE RECORDS - COMPLAINT/FEEDBACK

I'd like to add my voice to say it would be really great to access past usage records.  I've never encountered this with any service before where you can only go back 90 days.  I hate to suggest more emails in my life.. but maybe an option to email the bill with usage details in an attachment would be better than having no record at all?  Is this already an option?

Hello @jay_phone

On the system itself, you can only go back 90 days which I agree, should be one year. However, you can contact a CS Agent as they have the ability to go back one year (June of 2024) without problems. You don't need a court order or request from the police suggest by the other customer. Geesh.

I do have a valid reason but it does not involve law/I will not be able to push that method.

Is there an option for e-billing records?  I guess in hindsight this is probably what helped me have records with past providers.

hi @jay_phone

actually, all the carriers have a limit of long you can access your usage history, they won't keep them forever.  If you have a valid reason for them to go back more than 90 days, maybe  court order or a formal request from Police, you can ask PM support agent for consideration
