New eSIM activated but iPhone only shows SOS

My new Public Mobile eSIM is active, but my iPhone only shows SOS.

My iPhone is unlocked, the eSIM is installed, my subscription is active, and I’ve already reset network settings and restarted my phone. I can see and select the Public Mobile network, but it still shows SOS. Does anyone encounter same issue? What is the solution, this is my 3rd day on the subscription and stll can’t use my number ?

You removed old sim card omd disabled old esim?  Make sure PM sim is set as Primary 

And if still showing SOS, ask PM to re-provision the account.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
