Hi, while talking on my phone, the call drops/disconnects randomly, several times a day. Is there a fix for this? When I joined Public Mobile in 2022, this did not happen. Started this year (2024).
I also notice, when on fb that it says, 'you are not online', or words to that effect, then ' your internet has been restored.' Happens constantly.

Please create a ticket to get Public Mobile to reset your network. Both of my neighbors are having the same issues.

what phone you have? maybe VoLTE problem? did you try using 3G for voice? See the network mode to 3G only
or on your phone, try Reset All Networks

@Kelly3633 I would check the Telus outage map for you area to see if there is something going on. If you have access to another phone try installing your SIM card in it (reboot the device after doing so) and see if you are still having problems. Another thing you can try for a test is go into your phone's setting and change it to 3G and see if it makes an improvement. Are you finding this happens at home, work, anywhere specific?
