you were waiting for the sim card to arrive and it finally here? Use the app to continue the activation, enter sim card number and 08ck phone number (or choose porting )
if you have trouble logging in the app, ask PM to help by message

@Kamps First steps are signing up through Public Mobile's website but to complete the account activation you must install the Public Mobile app on your device and complete the process there including either entering the SIM card's number or scanning the QR code for the eSIM. Have you done all of this? If not, please let us know how far you got to and what error messages (if any) you are seeing
