Hi everyone,
I just got a new line with Public Mobile, but I’m running into some issues getting started.
I’ve activated my SIM and set up my account, but I’m not able to make calls / send texts / use data.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Restarting my phone
Checking APN settings
Ensuring my plan is active in my account
Is there anything else I should try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@HenryLo Given what you've already tried, maybe best to contact customer service. You can open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, but if that doesn't work then send the agents a private message using this link

Did you activate a physical card or eSIM ? Port over your number?
Does your phone pick up any PM signal? Which model phone?
If your account status is active, you could also try a network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
