unauthorized top up

Somehow my account got switched to the $250 5G package at 2:00 in the morning on March 4th.  I'd like this payment reversed.  How do I make this happen?

I wouldn't mind just a website glitch but my credit card showed the transaction .  I was previously on the 90 day plan

The website sometimes shows erroneous information.  Was your previous plan a 90 day plan?  

If overcharged, you will need to contact customer service agent to help.

If your account got overcharged, message a customer agent. Nobody on this Community can reverse the charge for you.

Yesterday it showed up as a $250 plan.  I changed the subscription to the $30 plan, which was rejected (forbidden) but it took my $30 of course.  I tried to change the subscription again 5 minutes later and it worked.  I now have a $30 credit but doesn't solve my $135 payment I didn't authorize...especially at 2 am.

Are you sure $250 5G plan?  Typo?  Public mobile does not have that expensive of a plan.  

Check your payment history page. Which plan are you on right now? Details.
