I wouldn't mind just a website glitch but my credit card showed the transaction . I was previously on the 90 day plan

The website sometimes shows erroneous information. Was your previous plan a 90 day plan?
If overcharged, you will need to contact customer service agent to help.

If your account got overcharged, message a customer agent. Nobody on this Community can reverse the charge for you.

Are you sure $250 5G plan? Typo? Public mobile does not have that expensive of a plan.
Check your payment history page. Which plan are you on right now? Details.
