Just wanted to confirm that we did receive your message on Thursday around 7pm. I apologize about the delay but as I'm sure you know we have a very high level of private messages to go through due to the promotion.
We answer everyone on a first come first served basis so you can be sure that we will get to your message eventually and that you are not being ignored. To give you an idea, I am currently the only mod working and I am responding to messages that have been sent around 8-9am on Thursday. We'll get through this!

Does your old SIM still work?
If not, what is/is not working now? Ie. calling out, receiving calls, texts in, texts out, data

Was this a renewal that misfired, or a new activation?
