Hi,
I've been locked out of my account and I need to get in before my next payment is due.
"Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help." is the message I got.

At the time this post was created, according to the Maintenance Announcement post, the self-serve was not available to anyone.
Have you tried again since the maintenance period has ended?

I don't think there is much you can do in that situation. I am not too sure why you got locked out in the first place. Maybe try resetting your password and try again? Hope it works.

Unfortunately you'll have to do just that. You'll have to contact the moderators and include all your current information, like your phone number, your name, and the pin number that was assigned when your joined PM. You can expect to wait at least 48hrs for a reply as it seems the moderators are very busy lately. Good luck.

Have you tried the password reset option?
If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator to get your password reset and account access., but the wait times are 2-3 days.
Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

Please include in the private message your phone number, your account number and PIN code.
If you can't wait for moderator response..... If you sign up for autopay, you can dial 611 to renew your plan. Or you can buy voucher from vendors or online (recharge.com) and load up payment via 611.
