Hi,

 

I just did not get the PM SIM card in time to activate a new account. Do I get a grace period to join for the $120 90 day 6GB plus extra 6GB bonus? I bought the SIM prior to deadline.

DO NOT register and activate your sim for PM yet. They are way too busy, I switched to PM 4 days ago but something went wrong some where and I don't have any service and got no response back from the private messages I sent to all 4 moderators and the emails I've sent over the past 4 days. You do not want to be stuck with no service for days like me

@Mc13 Keep the SIM card until a new promo comes in and you will be upon the first people to take it,

Thanks for the info. I read the same minus FM part (the offer was there on the website for any non PM  customer) when I bought the SIM but I expected it would arrive faster. I just thought that given the situation it would be a nice gesture to extend the offer to someone who is now a proud owner of a $5 SIM who was lured to purchase it before the deadline.

Unfortunatly the post was clear on that part here is an extraction 

 

 

  • The end date communicated is the last day any new customer from Freedom mobile can port-in and activate on the promotional plan. The promotion will not be honoured after the communicated end date for any SIM cards that have not been activated on the specified plan by the deadline. This includes SIM cards that have been purchased online, and have not yet arrived or been activated.
