HI @JuanitaR   You cannot use your data outside of Canada

If you are going US, you can buy data add-on, but cheaper to get local data prepaid sim or eSIM travel package

If you are going other counties, no roaming option

No.  PM does not offer roaming for countries other than Canada and US

But even US, you need to buy data roaming add-on to get the service
