Hello,
I clicked "change plan on renewal date", but it is renewed now, and charged money from my credit card.
My previous plan still has a lot of data I can use, and I do not want to renew it right now. Please help me.

@Samuel7 There’s been reports of this happening to others , you will need to submit a ticket with support

@Samuel7 you are not the first one with this problem. There have been couple posts for that same issue
Open a ticket with support and they can reverse it

that is a new glitch from new My Account!!
But PM agent can sort it out

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
