I was just checking my account because I had changed my plan and wanted to make sure the new plan activated on my renewal date. I noticed that my data usage is showing as over 3g used, when
a) my plan JUST renewed a couple of days ago &
b) the usage history shows that I have used about a 1/2 gig only.
The SIMon bot is no help.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Also please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle not monthly cycle for your renewal date so you will be paying 5 extra days/year.

@Midge1 Try logging in again incognito mode / private mode there are cache issues , you may be only seeing old cached information
