Usage overview not working

I've tried everything I could do see the usage overview, on web or app, on the app it doesn't load and on the web it says internal server error, please try again later, which I did for few days. I received a message of I've used 75% of my data which I don't believe it, but I can't look at my actual data usage.

it works now as expected (through PM - browser).

Since you did post 6 hours ago (3am EDT) PM might be doing some brief maintenance.

It seems that I am having the same issue on the PM app. It is showing I’ve used 0gb/15gb of data.
I checked on the Subscription>Usage Breakdown>View Usage History. Filter (top right 3 horizontal bars) Drop-down to Date Range-30 Days>Type-Data>Apply Filter. Added up my data usage during my current cycle and it should be 3.93gb/15gb.

I swipe down on the phone screen and it didn’t update my usage.
Looks like a glitch on the app data usage.

You can contact a CS_Agent about the glitch if your actual usage is less than the notice you got.

Also disable the phone’s data counter because PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly so the counter will be incorrect.
