My Account Data Usage Overview

I am writing to report an error regarding the data usage overview on my account.
 
My account dashboard indicates that I have reached my data limit. However, after downloading and reviewing my detailed usage logs, the total data consumed adds up to only half of my actual limit. 
 
I dont know what to believe? Can someone point me how to resolve this?

The PM data dashboard is usually quite accurate. The data usage usually updates once a day usually early in the morning.  How much data is in your plan

If you really believe there is a reporting issue, then you can contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.  It will take a few hours for CSA to respond.

I doubt I used half my data in that missing period.

The dashboard has the most updated information.  The results in more detailed history only gets updated periodically late at night.
