Yes, the 10 GB bonus is calculated separately. But even so, it doesn't match my actual usage. I reset the statistics on the first day of each billing cycle, and the PM's statistics show 2 GB to 3 GB more than my iPhone

There has however, been several concerns brought up about notifications like this or not being able to use data at all. I think there may be some back end issues going on that Public Mobile isn't sharing with us at this time until they figure it out themselves.
