I was under the impression that after my data runs out I would get unlimited data at a throttled speed. Can someone from support please confirm
hi @berner All Canada-US plans do not have unlimited reduced speed, that's why you are not getting that. Sorry 😞

hi @berner what plan do you have? Check Subscription & Add-on page on My Account, the plan details should have said it
Only a certain few plans had unlimited throttled data.

@berner are you on a non CAN/US 5G plan ? That’s the only way to have the unlimited throttled 512kbps data
you need to be on regular 5G plan
