Public Mobile does not always send SIM cards using Canada Post. it's true that most do get sent by Canada Post but I sometimes have then arrive by UPS.

hi @helpplease123 sim card usually takes 5 days to 3 weeks for delivery
check with support agent and they might be able to let you yo buy another one from local Telus or Koodo store and they will reimburse you

Your SIM will be shipped by Canada Post standard letter with no tracking.
You can contact a CS_Agent but They can Only tell you it was shipped out. It normally takes 10 business days to 3 weeks to arrive.

Hey @helpplease123 Sadly there is no way to track the SIM card delivery date as it's sent snail mail.
If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.
Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES
