My apologies, I was unaware that PM would sent replacement with another courier. I was only trying to get a Sim in the hands of the OP sooner so they could enjoy PM earlier. Thanks for your feedback. Have a great day

@ORNGNBLK wrote:@computergeek541 ‘s suggestion is definitely one route you can take but if that sounds daunting, I recommend purchasing another (second) sim from Amazon. It bypasses the need for Canada Post, and you won’t need to hit the mall or Telus store anytime soon around Black Friday. You can always navigate the return or resale of your other sim once you receive it in the regular mail. Hope this suggestion is helpful to you.
Any replacement product at this point wouldn't involve Canada Post even if it is sent by Public Mobile. Advising the customer to purchase one from Amazon would require the customer to spend more. In the end, the customer is going to to want to be reimbursed, and for that to happen, a Public Mobile customer support agent will still need to be contacted. if the desire is to avoid stores due to Black Friday shopper volume at stores, having Public Mobile send another SIM card accomplishes that.
