@dust2dust , I see that, did you test drive it to see if the chatbot works yet to submit a support ticket successfully (since it never seems to)? 😆 

Edit: Surely they would fix it before making it show up here again. 😆 

Edit: I tested it to try to submit a support ticket through it & nope, it is still broken! 😂
