Hello @Momo88 , All good suggestions above. On the login page, just below the login and password fields are links to 'forgot password' and 'forgot email'. Have you tried using the password reset? I've included a screenshot below, along with a link to provide more help with your EverSafe ID.

Click on Forgot Password if you think the email address is correct but clear the cache and go incognito on your browser.

if you are using browser, try Incognito/Private/Secret mode
if you are using app, try to uninstall land reinstall the app. If sitll locked, then just submit a ticket with CS agent:
