When I call to pay, I'm asked for my 4 digit PIN, which I forget. So I try to log into My Account, but it says Unauthorized. I'm stumped.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.

if you can log in to your account either on web or mobile app, you can update your pin.
Try downloading the app to your cell, then log in that way.
