Locked out of My Account and forgot 4 digit PIN

When I call to pay, I'm asked for my 4 digit PIN, which I forget.  So I try to log into My Account, but it says Unauthorized. I'm stumped.

if you cannot login to PM My Account or app at all, you need PM support to sort it out.

if you can log in to your account either on web or mobile app, you can update your pin. 

Try downloading the app to your cell, then log in that way.
