when attempting to dial a Canadian phone number, get 8UV1 error message. Have reset my phone, have done an on/off of airplane mode, also a 'hard' reset on my iphone. My account is up to date, etc. what can i do to stop this happening?

Looks like the problem was solved. A CS Agent was able to reset their network and things went back to normal.
Great to hear @ERose is back up and running properly.

Hello @ERose , I found an older thread in the Community re: 8UV1 from late 2022:
Seems 8UV1 occurs during high call volume on the Telus/PM network. In this other example, it was only happening with calls made to toll-free 833 numbers. I didn't see a resolution listed within this older thread, but perhaps it resolved itself if it is a telephone network traffic error code. My suggestion if it continues, is to contact a Customer Support Agent for further assistance. I've included a link below:
Private Message to a CS_Agent:

Hope this helps.

Can you call the same number from another phone and what are the results?

I have ensured my call display number is on.

No, did not work after reboot. same message.

I have tried both ways and still get same error message.

Do you possibly have your call display off that others will see private caller when you call?

HI@ERose
Please try with and without the 1 in front of the 10 digits number, try both and it might work

Did you try going to settings, network settings, turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile. Then reboot. let us know if that works.
