My phone was verified for eSIM install, did the full process of transferring phone number and cancelling previous provider. After about 1.5 hours, now with only SOS phone service, I get a notification that simply says “eSIM install failed. Please contact Public Mobile”. Trying to go through service ticket process- nothing but error pages and getting kicked out of chat when clicking on “submit a ticket”, so cannot reach anybody. help?

so, if you go to the SIM Manager page, you see PM eSIM there?
If not, scan the QR code from the Welcome email and install it manually. But if that does not help, please submit a ticket with CS agent here:

Please try these things below to see if any help. Others have experienced similar issue & sometimes these suggestions have worked!
Reset network settings & rebooted your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ is selected & reboot your phone.
