Changed to the Can/US/Mex plan and it didn't change.

On Nov. 27 I changed to the Can/ US /Mex plan and also changed my credit card. On Dec. 01 it billed me the rate for my old plan on the old credit card.

Thanks I sent in a ticket.

No just charged once at the rate of the old plan on my old credit card.

so, they charged you twice?

Can you check agian?  It could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
