Does the new $29 CAN-USA-MEX plan allow me to make and/or receive voice calls while I am in USA from either Canadian or USA numbers?
Also, While in Canada can I phone USA phone numbers at no charge?

Yes you can make and receive calls while in Canada, USA and Mexico or while in the 3 countries. It is all included in the plan.
@DarrylHolcroft You are correct. The only caveat is that to make calls in the USA you must have a VoLTE capable and approved phone model otherwise only texting and data will work.
