I have a Can-US-Mex Plan and when I crossed into the US on Wednesday my phone didn't work and it made me buy an add on. I have had this plan for about a year and it worked in the US and Mexico before.
On Nov. 27 I changed to the Can/ US /Mex plan and also changed my credit card. On Dec. 01 it billed me the rate for my old plan on the old credit card.
Thanks for the replys. My roaming was on and it was on T-Mobile and nothing so I bought an add on and rebooted my phone then it started working. I will create a ticket.
