i have a plan with public mobile (1G); i'd like to take the offer you have, 4G for 24$. what should i do to avoid cancelling my account and move out .

There is a way, if customer service makes a special exception for you, but it's up to chance whether they will do so.
I think PM will have to have a serious discussion about their handling of these Boxing Day plans. Causing people to leave, upsetting existing customers and overwhelming customer service agents.

there must be a way. can i create new account and ask for new sim, but keep the same number (no porting).

You can see if you like any of the other plans then you can choose one of them other then that there’s nothing you can do to get those plans.

@marceln Sorry the 4GB for $24 is a new activation only plan , not for existing customers
