What's wrong with my account? I've been trying to change the card on my account for weeks and I keep getting a try again message. I've tried everything and it's the same message everyday.

Agents can remove your credit card but they cannot add a new one.

I know that others have indicated error with changing. At this point send a message to customer service representative for help.

@CrazyGnome Get support to help you update the credit card info . There was an issue with updating credit card info but was supposed to have been resolved . Doesn’t seem so lately again with so many having same problem
