Hi there, i'm a current public mobile subscriber, my current plan is $25/month for 1024 MB of data. I see that new activiations gets $24/month for 4GB of data, is there any way to get a better deal on my current subscription or do i have to leave public mobile first?

Customer service is available 24/7, but it can take some time for your message to get assigned to an agent. My last inquiry took 22hrs, but it is also New Year today. Once assigned, agents respond reasonably quick within the hour.
