hi,
I just bought a SIM card and registered, i registered for a phone number but it is already a number in use. now I can't sign into my account to change the number. me and another person has same number (873)xxx-xxx

use this link to message Customer Support for their help. Give them as much info as you can ie: name on account, ph number, PM account #, PM pin number, credit card used to activate...etc...

Also remove the number as this is a public forum anyone can see it. Since you're changing the number anyway it doesn't really matter. But in the future don't post personal information here as anyone can see it. Use the v on the right side of your post to edit.

I'm guessing you are not able to login because your not getting the text? If so under where you enter the code you should see did not get code. Click on it to use your email instead
