I forgot my for digit pin , I changed my banking information a thought it would renew but it didn't and I have to do it manually by calling 611 but I forogot my password. Why can't we just pay for it after we updated on the website ??? Help need my service money is there but can't seem to apply it without the 4 digit pin 😡

but in your case, after you updated your credit card, you need to use this link to load enough fund to renew the plan

You just need to log into your account and you can change the 4 digit pin. Here's how.
Log into your account, then go to Profile on the left side, then the next page, right side under Account Security Info is your PIN Password. Click on the pencil to change it. It's that easy.
