So I have an offer to switch to Koodo or Telus but I also have 15.75 in points ($15.75) where does it go if I change phone carriers or is it a loss that I have to take hmmm ? 

It gives me a hard time to add my debit card , you guys have no customer service and also took away vouchers at convenience stores comon public mobile give us at least one option bring back the vouchers to stores or get customer service so I can roas...

I tired to purchase it today it was fine untill I paid for it and next thing you know , I got the 80 gig plan for 40and the promo is gone so disappointed can someone explain what happened 

How come public mobile doesn’t have actual agents you can talk to ?
