How come public mobile doesn’t have actual agents you can talk to ?

I forgot my for digit pin , I changed my banking information a thought it would renew but it didn't and I have to do it manually by calling 611 but I forogot my password. Why can't we just pay for it after we updated on  the website ??? Help need my ...

 I lost my pin and can’t pay my bill through calling 611 , aswell as when I’m signing i get a blank page saying forbidden Ai when I’m logging in I will attach a screenshot
