Change card on account and change password

I just got a new debit card so I need to delete the one I have on my account now. I also need to change my password on my account.

Start with resetting the password then.  Again, if you cannot reset it using the Reset Password link, then open ticket with PM support

 

Once you got your new password, I suggest you to use Incognito mode to login to My Account just to avoid any cache issue

I cannot even sign in after resetting my password.

@emilyoneill2563   can you login to My Account at the moment?  If you can, just login and change password at the Profile page

If you cannot, try Reset Password link there, enter your email address and then follow the steps

 

If you are unable to reset password that way, open ticket with PM Support:

Once you got into My Account, you can update your payment card. Enter the new one and the old one will be replaced.

Go to Payment page, click Manage Payment methodUpdate Card Information and then you can enter the new debit card info
