Hello I'm just wondering if anyone has ran into the issue of not being able to update/change there sim card number. My wife lost her sim card wen traveling and so we bought a new one, but everytime I enter it and press save it goes back to wanting me to enter the sim number again. I'm not sure if the website has a bug or I'm missing something but I'm pretty sure I've done the right steps.

That did it I used my work laptop and first try it worked and saved. Thanks so much for the help and tips, absolute life saver

I'm using my phone (google pixel 4A, same as hers)
And I'm using Brave. I also tried it on Google but same thing is happening. Could using a laptop possibly fix the issue?

It is a brand new SIM card.
I tried it through the My Account. (Using her account)

Couple things to confirm, it is a brand new sim card never used? You were trying to change the SIM card from My Account?
It could be a site cache issue. Just try again using Incognito mode to login and change sim card there and see if it works
