found the culprit. Not sure how my photos downloaded through cellular data. It's turned off for this very reason.

@softech in regards to the refer a friend, i noticed that my rewards only have my parents numbers but not my wife`s. Is there a way to enter the referral code after the acount has been activated?

@softech I'm using my phone (google pixel 4A, same as hers)And I'm using Brave. I also tried it on Google but same thing is happening. Could using a laptop possibly fix the issue?

It is a brand new SIM card.I tried it through the My Account. (Using her account)No I haven't tried the incognito mode, how do you go to that?
