Why Public mobility send this message to me? IVR need pay more money? I don’t want to pay any more money for my phone

no problem...I was just wondering if you dialed it to get your account info over the phone. As you didn't...I'm guessing they sent that message to random clients and you were one. Public Mobile will sometimes send messages to customers with the latest & greatest. Just ignore it.

that is *611 or 1855-4PUBLIC. No extra cost. Convenient but not giving you as much details as login My Account or app

did you recently dial 611 to get account info ? If so, they likely sent the message as a nag.

IVR is Interactive Voice Response. Same as you call anyone who has an automated system. And maybe because they did an upgrade a few nights ago and something improved and they want you to see. Nothing to bother with.
