Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
Call 611 if you registered your credit card with PM and pay that way. Get voucher, call 611.

There are several other ways to make a payment. Are you sure you're using the right email that had been used at sign up? Did you try the reset password? You could also try another browser or device or use private mode.

Try clearing cache and cookies and opening incognito tab.
You could also try logging in from a different device with a different browser.
If all else fails, dial *611 and use your PIN number if you have a credit card saved. You can also use *611 to apply a payment voucher available at retail outlets.
