Thanks to CS_Agent (Nataly) to help with re initiating the porting request again. My phone was working of a temporary phone number because the porting request did not go through.

I had same issue. Two days after joining PM I last ability to make outgoing calls and send messages. Look in settings under "Cellular" if you have two SIMS. For me it was one from old provider that was set as primary. I changed that to secondary and turned it OFF, PM was set to secondary. After I changed that to primary, my problem disappeared. In my case I wasn't able to delete old provider sim (probably due to the fact that it is physical SIM)

since you cannot make calls, it is not a porting problem (So, there is no need to call the porting team at this point). You need support agent to check the account setup

I have received the porting request and replied YES the moment I initiated the porting request.

Had exactly same issue yesterday when try to port from Fido. End up reached out to Agent to initiate another port, and when Fido sent the confirmation, reply YES in all Caps, an solved the issue, apparently, its case sensitive

Thanks for replying to my post.
I ported over my number from my old provider.
Now I have access to 5G data but not able to make any calls or text.
I tried rebooting many times but that did not help.

Try resetting the Network setting then reboot your phone to see if that helps.

More details would be helpful?
New customer versus old? If new, did you port over your number?
Did calls and texts work before with PM?
What about data?
Might want to try a simple reboot of the phone.
