Thanks to CS_Agent (Nataly) to help with re initiating the porting request again. My phone was working of a temporary phone number because the porting request did not go through.

I have received the porting request and replied YES the moment I initiated the porting request.

Thanks for replying to my post.I ported over my number from my old provider.Now I have access to 5G data but not able to make any calls or text.I tried rebooting many times but that did not help.Thanks
