Cc charged phone not working

A payment has gone through on my cc but phone not working. Help!

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,

*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

 

if still not working you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to them can solve, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

Did you port your old number over to PM or did you pick a new number?

Try rebooting the phone by powering off your phone and wait a few minutes then power the phone on.

Well, @loriheroux  until we here a bit more, I will presume you just activated a SIM card (only because your community account was also created today).

 

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings on your device

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

Any services after the above?

 

 

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

  1. Add Funds to your Plan Amount through SELF SERVE (or by calling 611 if you have a card registered)
  2. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB
  3. Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB
  4. Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON
  5. Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service
  6. Reboot your phone.

If this was an Autopay failure, I would let the Customer Support Agents (CSA) know.

As you've paid in full, but have no service, you likely need assistance from the moderators.

@loriheroux was the account suspended and you tried to reactivate??  is it still showing suspended?

 

if so, try to make a payment of  $1 more on My Account, then logoff and reboot the phone

 @loriheroux : What is not working? Calls in/out? Texts ion/out? Browsing internet on cell data?

Is your account suspended? What happens when you call 611?
