why they sent messages that they can't charge the credit card

what is going on today on this site? it is barely working. i can't log in, can't get reset the password, can't get the reset link.

i pay not much, but it is unacceptable to provide no service after sending stupid messages to everyone that they can't charge credit cards.

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

only them will reset for you,

@softech , even though that message appears, it does end up going (eventually) to the right location for ticket submission. But I didn't submit...so maybe it will work, and PM forgot to remove that opening message.

@mariabr  - are your phone services working? Then good, don't panic.

Call 611 to ensure all says Active and your next payment date, and such.

 

Maybe you had too many failed log in attempts. Wait 15 minutes then try again.

When you do, open a chrome incognito mode tab, then log in.

 

Have you created a Self Serve account before, if not you can register for one.

@mariabr , is today your renewal day and payment failed?  If you were unable to reset the password to get into your account, please click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the website and initiate a support ticket.

@mariabr do you have the 4 digit PIN? can you call *611 and pay that way?  if not,  you will have to open ticket to reset your My Account login first.

 

To open ticket :

 

  1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.  

     

 

          Start with typing "Forgot login Information ", click  "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".  Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
