So I can't log into my Public Mobile Self Service as I forgot my password. It says my account has been disabled?
I tried paying with 611 but it only allows me to use the credit card I have pre registered. However I lost that credit card as it was stolen so I need to use my new card.
There is no option to use a new card number. My phone is suspended and I have no idea how to get this resolved.

Sorry for your troubles. Send a private message to a moderator, it can take up to 48 hours for them to respond.

I haven't read any feedback here on those in this current seeming problem.. My sense is people don't seem to like the online method and that it costs more. Don't we all come here to not spend more 🙂 . And if they've already spent the money in store then one would think they'd be loathe to spend more.
Just for wordings sake...do you mean using an online voucher during activation or simply trying to deposit the online voucher? (or both of course)

Looks like you need assistance from moderators as suggested above.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache. If you still have problems then contact a moderator.

Try clearing cache, incognito/privacy mode, different browser.

@rich24 The only thing to do is to write a message to the moderator,You will need to contact moderator to reset your password and get access to your account. Expect 1-2 days response time though.

Another option is buying a voucher from an online source like recharge.com or ding.com. They charge a little more for a convenience fee though.
Then use the 611 maybe 15 minutes after getting the email of the 12 digit voucher number.

@rich24You will need to contact the Moderators with this link to get your password issue sorted out.. then figure out the credit card issue once you have regained access to your account.
However if you really really need the phone.. you can purhcase a voucher from nearby reseller.. however people have been reporting they have been having problems redeeming their vouchers.. so I am not sure that's a good solution.
It could be up to 48 hours before they get back to you, so please be patient.
