I had a sales rep set up my account and am not able to log into the self service portal. I am travelling to the USA and need to purchase an add on package. Your live chat directed me here.

@JLee54 - for service in the USA, you will need to purchase Roaming addons. You can purchases these by calling 611 from your device if your plan is Active.

Since you activated in store, you can register for a Self Serve/My Account login yourself using this link:

If you haven't left for the US yet you can attempt to register a self serve account if the rep didn't do that for you. CSA can determine what the rep actually did though

@JLee54 If you have activate instore before your Self Serve My Account access might not have fully setup. Since you are not in Canada now, maybe you can open a ticket with PM Support and have them to help.

Or, do you have the 4 digits PIN? you can call *611 and then load enough money first, then buy roaming via *611. But you will need to use your 4 digits PIN. If you have forgotten, please have PM support to reset that for you as well
