@jstnew - you probably will not be able to track the shipment as these are likely shipped via regular letter post through Canada Post. Hopefully, it takes 7-10 business days for delivery, but it can sometimes take longer.
If it goes beyond 10 days, submit a ticket with CSA (Public Mobile agents) through the link @hTideGnow provided and let them know you did not receive anything. Hopefully, they can get another one sent to you or credit your account if you have one already the cost of the SIM card.
Then, if you still receive it, great, you can activate it or keep it as a spare or give it to someone to refer a friend.
In the meantime, if you are looking to obtain one quicker, perhaps there is a retail location near you. Check here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator

Unfortunately wait time seems to be increasing. For the future you may want to consider alternatives like in store, or a place like Canadian Cell Supplies, which isn't only much faster but much cheaper usually too

If you ordered SIM from PM, expect to wait up to 3 weeks (in some cases even longer).
SIMs are send by regular mail so it is not tractable.
