I need to cancel service and need a refund as I don’t need the service no more as I am with different company

You can cancel your service by turning off autopay. Once your account is suspending more than 90 days, your account will e closed permanently. Or if you port your number out of PM, your account will be closed permanently,
Generally, there is no refunds with Public mobile. It is a prepaid service.

make sure you login My Account and disable Pre-authorized payments so PM won't charge you again
and no, PM does not provide refund earlier charge

@Bacontaz hi Public is a prepaid service there are no refunds for unused time remaininig on a plan cycle once account is closed

PM does not provide refunds for cancelled services.
Options to cancel account:
- PORTing/transferring your number to other provider cancels your PM account immediately.
- Disable autopay/pre-authorized payment
- Ask agent to Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.
Your account will be suspended due to no payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be deleted. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying to reactivate your account.
- To stop service immediately, select lost/stolen phone.
