I'm trying to register an account and activate a sim card. I've tried 3 credit cards and all give the error "(We were not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different card)"
Is this normal? How do I get help from an actual person and not the idiotic chat bot?

Oddly enough, that did the trick, even though I had previously disabled my adblocking addon.

@needcoffeebrb , the activation portal is finicky. I suggest trying again using incognito mode on the browser. That can help. Depending on how far you are able to process in previous failed attempts there could be a session lock of 1 hour.
