Hi there, I didn’t sign up for the self serve account and moved out of Canada. *611 is not working outside of Canada. My monthly auto-payment is registered through my Mom’s credit card. How can I cancel the credit payments?

HI @Laurena1 You know the 4 digits PIN number? If so, yes, you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC. I understand maybe at where you are now you cannot call that number. You can download VoIP app to make free calls back to Canada and hence you can make the call 1-855-4PUBLIC with that. You can try TextNow or Fongo. But, it will only work if you have your 4 digits PIN
If you don't have the PIN, try to open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Laurena1 If you cannot access self serve then submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to help disable autopay for you. Reminder if you plan on keeping the account/number, then top up your account within the 90 days of suspension (recommended 86th) to stop your account from being deactivated and losing your number.
Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
edit: You can probably dial 1-855-478-2542 from outside of Canada. Although you'll probably need your 4 digit PIN for the payment card.
