Can't successfully activate new SIM - Payment error at last step

Hi,

I'm trying to activate a new SIM and the payment cannot be processed. I've tried 3 different cards. There are no fields for address or name. It's just the credit card info. How do I proceed to complete my activation?

It most certainly should @margarito 

 

In fact, the whole web page caching and temperamental nature of the activation and logging into self-serve should either be PERMANTENLY  rectified or it should be stated in  bold red lettering  that using incognito tabs, after clearing cache and cookies, fixes a lot of issues around here.

I feel like that should be listed on the page for activations.

@margarito try to activate your Sim with a new page in a private mode or change your browser.

@margarito hi try clearing your cache and try a different browser in secret or ingognito mode
