Can't submit a customer service ticket

I accidentally added the wrong add-on. When I try to submit a customer service ticket I get an error message. I have followed the instructions to reset my cache and even tried logging in on a different computer, but I continue to get an error message. How else can I contact customer service? Thank you.

@SBaker   Yes, there has been problem with opening ticket with Chatbot for couple days.  Use private message for now.
