Don't remember email for password for this account. I only have the phone number.i need to access to update expires credit card info.

@hTideGnow  Yes @LitlLdy  and I were on the app and website trying to help another poster figure out how to get new eSIM and her screen shows their  same screen . But option was there for me .and infact I’m in the app now also

I’m able to log into my account right now , nothing wrong with system , infact I was able to log int all last night too around 2am . System wasn’t down at all

hi @t-p2133 no need to worry, it is not password issue, just the system no available yet.  Wait another hour and it should be up again

@t-p2133  you can try forgot email / password option if that doesn’t help get support to help you gain access again 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .
